Women in Geosciences

Description: What is the state of the art on the role of women in the geosciences? What initiatives are underway to promote gender equality in these disciplines? This volume aims to collect some recent studies carried out in this field, starting with those presented at the 2024 Congress of the Italian Geological Society in the session: "Women in Geosciences: a journey through the social changes from the past to present and future scenarios", but other contributions are also welcome, both of research and of experiences made.
